Throughout her career, Denise has emphasised the importance of care and consideration, ensuring her clients feel heard and respected, no matter the issues they may be tackling. Her priority, in what can often be tense, challenging, and sensitive situations, is to ensure that her clients receive all of the information and tools they need to understand the process in order to achieve future stability and certainty. She focuses on sensitivity and a non-adversarial approach.

Her goal is to enable her clients to make the best-informed decisions they can with the aid of sensible and straightforward advice, always moving forward with sensitivity whilst ensuring attention to detail and focussing on fairness, appropriate language and, crucially, putting children at the forefront in aiding clients to reach solutions appropriate for them and their family unit.

Denise is also a member of Resolution; an organisation that promotes conciliatory solutions to family breakdown matters, and sits on the Local Family Justice Board. Denise is a Trustee of the Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre.
